Do I need to book?

While it's not required, we recommend that you book your session ahead of time to ensure availability and help us anticipate your visit.

What does "Open Gym" mean?

Open Gym means that you can come in during the designated "Open Gym" hours and work on your own fitness routine, using the equipment and facilities available.

Can I come in the morning and evening?

Yes, you can come in the morning and evening, but each session counts separately towards your membership or drop-in package.

Where can I see the Workout of the Day (WOD)?

You will find it only on the whiteboard at our box! “Prepare for the unknown and unknowable!”

Having said that, all workouts are scalable and can be adjusted to suit your ability. Our coaches will discuss with you how to approach the workout and the correct weights/movements for you. We can work around any injuries or limitations you may have. Your job is to show up, we will look after the rest!

Can I pay with card or cash?

Yes, we accept both card and cash payments for our services.

Is the use of the pool included in the session price?

Yes, the use of the pool is included in the session price.

Do you sell T-Shirts?

Yes, we offer CrossFit Rethymno branded t-shirts and other apparel for purchase at the gym.

Are teens able to train at your facility?

Yes, teens are welcome to train at CrossFit Rethymno. However, any teen under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have at least 2 months prior CrossFit experience.

Are young children allowed entry?

While we prefer to maintain a focused training environment, we understand that sometimes children may need to accompany their parents to the gym. In this case, children must be under constant supervision by an adult who is not training, for their own safety and to avoid disturbing other members.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we have showers available for your convenience.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have onsite parking available for our members and visitors.
